Welcome to Travel Tale. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Travel Tale mobile application, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Al Sahm Al Dhahabi Portal LLC, a company organized under the laws of Dubai, UAE, with its principal place of business at Dubai, UAE ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services, and at least 18 to make purchases or enter binding contracts. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you have the authority to accept these Terms.

Unless expressly stated, we are not a travel agency, tour operator, or common carrier. We do not control third-party providers and are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or services.
We may designate certain features as "beta," "preview," or similar. Such features may be incomplete, change, or be discontinued without notice, and are provided as-is.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Services and all materials provided by us (text, images, audio, video, designs, software, data, etc.) are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may submit content (e.g., reviews, photos, audio, comments) ("UGC"). You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to your UGC, and that your UGC does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform and display your UGC in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the Services, including in marketing materials and within partner integrations.
We may monitor, remove, or refuse to display any UGC at our discretion, including if it violates these Terms.
If you submit suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without obligation or compensation.

Certain features may require one-time payments or auto-renewing subscriptions via app stores or our payment processors. Prices, taxes, and fees are as displayed at checkout and may change.
If you purchase a subscription, it will auto-renew at the end of each term unless you cancel before renewal via your app store account or in-app settings (as available). By purchasing, you authorize us or our payment partners to charge your selected payment method until you cancel.
App store purchases are subject to the Apple App Store or Google Play refund policies. For direct purchases (if any), our refund policy at the time of purchase applies. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
If you purchase tickets, tours, or services from third parties via links or integrations, your contract is with that provider, and their terms, policies, and refund rules apply.
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services (maps, ticketing, transportation, social networks, etc.). We do not endorse or control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Some features use location data (GPS, Wi-Fi, cellular). You can enable/disable location permissions in your device settings. If enabled, you consent to our processing of your location data as described in the Privacy Policy. Accuracy of location data may vary and is not guaranteed.
All trademarks, logos, and service marks (including Travel Tale and any related marks) are our property or that of our licensors. You may not use them without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our collection, use, disclosure, and processing of personal data as described therein and as permitted by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, or remove UGC, at any time and for any reason (including suspected violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or security concerns). You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations, indemnities).
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100 (OR EQUIVALENT IN LOCAL CURRENCY).
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability; in such cases, the foregoing limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.

By creating an account, you may receive service-related emails, SMS, or push notifications (e.g., account, security, operational messages). We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., in-app notice, email). Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Subject to Section 18.3, the courts of Dubai, UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
Mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence may grant you additional rights.
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms presented to you for specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, labor disputes, government actions, utility or internet outages, or natural disasters.
